"First used this company to fit a stone floor with underfloor heating in our conservatory & kitchen about three years ago. It was the best money we spent as it means we have a room we can use all year round. So when it came to deciding on the flooring for our new cloakroom/utility room we decided to go for the same specification. The service was prompt and efficient with Graham making useful suggestions on the controls and management of the heating. The finished result is a lovely job and we are very pleased with the results"

Fantastic finished result producing a showroom quality finish to our floor heating & tiling requirements. 
Graham and his team were helpful, professional and flexible right from the initial concept of our new Kitchen project. Fitting in around other tradesmen when required, and suggesting ideas to help make the finished floor look as superb as it does! All stages of the work were carried out efficiently and 
professionally.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Graham Wood to deliver a superb floor heating / tiling project if you are looking for a top quality finish

I'm writing to comment on the Underfloor heating system Graham installed in our recent Orangery. It's the only heating source we have in there. However it generates ample heat considering the room is 28m2 in size. I'm very impressed with the heat speed up time, and the running costs are about ball park what Graham quoted for, with regards ti the the hours we use it, £28 last month.

The tiling looks fantastic, and does appear to hold the heat a good hour after the heating goes off. We selected Ceramic tiles from Graham's extensive range of samples.

All in all, I'm extremely grateful for the guidance I was given by Graham. Promptness of Installation, & help in clarifying a few settings of the thermostat last week.

Would have no hesitation in recommending.

I had Graham Wood supply and install a 13 square metre tiled floor in my kitchen in January 2011.
He was courteous, punctual and diligent at all times, maintaining a professional attitude with great attention to detail. All products supplied by him came complete with receipts and were of the highest quality, however he would collect and install products from client's supplier if specifically requested.
The electric underfloor heating has been in place for three months now and is a great success, especially with the grandchildren who like sliding on the even surface, and the cats who enjoy the warmth. Graham Wood is therefore highly recommended.

Very helpful in explaining the type of product he was fitting and how to fill out the guarantee. Excellent service and fitting by Graham and his colleague. Was flexible in changing his
day of working in order to finish the job early for me (he did it on a Sunday).Very tidy and an excellent finished job. Would highly recommend!
